I believe that God exists as the eternal creator and Godhead of the Trinity. God is omnipresence, omniscient, omnipotent, without beginning or end. God is a God of covenant relationships. God begins and establishes relationships with humanity.
I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who died for the sins of the world. I believe that He was born of a virgin, through the power of the Holy Spirit. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, as foretold by prophecy. I believe Jesus Christ is fully man and fully God, part of the Holy Trinity, who died and rose again. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, who lives within me. The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity, who empowers me and quickens me to do God’s will, convicts me of sin, and continues the work of sanctification.
I believe that the Bible is the Word of God, written by men, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and interpreted in light of other Scriptures, early Christian cultural and linguistic study, tradition, reason, and experience with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Finally, I believe in heaven and hell and eternal life for all in one place or the other. In accordance with Romans 10:9-10 and Acts 16:31 that only faith and profession in Jesus Christ as Savior, Lord, and Son of God can save one for eternal life in heaven.
